Story behind the care

I understand because I’ve been there

Living with PCOS-related weight loss resistance, along with fatigue and burnout, I know how overwhelming it can be to juggle symptoms and still show up for your life.

With the support of my healthcare team, I learned how to care for my health in a way that felt realistic and sustainable—not extreme or all-or-nothing.

That experience is what shaped how I practice today.

A different approach to your health

I’ve built a practice rooted in empathy, evidence-based care, and personalization—because your health isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Since 2019, I’ve helped women make sense of hormonal imbalances and reconnect with their bodies—so they can improve their energy, mood, sleep, digestion, and feel more like themselves again.

My approach

Here’s how I do things differently.

Targeted assessment — not the kitchen sink.

We start by getting the full picture: your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals. During your one-hour initial visit, we’ll dig into what’s going on and what might be driving it.

From there, I order targeted lab work through LifeLabs based on your symptoms. No $500 functional panels “just in case,” and no brushing off your symptoms because “your labs look fine.” We’re looking for answers that actually help guide your care.

You’ll leave with clear next steps and a better understanding of what we’re investigating.

Foundations first — supplements are the cherry on top.

You don’t need another long list of supplements or a plan that feels impossible to stick to. We start with the basics: how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress.

I know you’re tired of being told to meal prep, exercise more, and get better sleep when you’re already struggling to get through the day. We’ll focus on small changes that fit into your actual life, rather than trying to change everything at once.

We’ll add supplements where they make sense (usually 1–3, not 7+). And if medication, therapy, or a referral to a specialist would help, we’ll consider that too.

The goal isn’t to do everything perfectly. It’s to find what works for you and build from there.

Ongoing support — not a one-and-done.

It’s about more than having a plan. It’s about having the right level of connection, coaching, and accountability to help you follow through.

Research shows that regular follow-ups and ongoing support can improve health outcomes. That’s why working with me goes beyond a list of recommendations and sending you on your way. We’ll work through challenges together, figure out what’s working, and adjust your plan as we go.

I’m invested in your progress, and you won’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Beyond the clinic

A little bit about me

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me solo travelling, spending time in nature, or searching for the next cozy small-town coffee spot. I’m drawn to the things that help me slow down and feel grounded: quiet moments, my faith, golden hour skies, movement, and meaningful conversations.
