dr. isha bhatoa, nd
why i do what I do
I was confused when it came to my weight loss journey & the hormonal imbalance only made it harder. Guided by “Dr. Google” and its overwhelm of information, I started trying random supplements, regimes and protocols. I felt like I was stuck in a vicious cycle because I was only addressing the superficial concerns.
In 2013, I found health care professionals, including naturopaths, who cared enough to listen to me, validate my health concerns, test the right lab markers to diagnose and figure out the root cause. The treatment aligned with nature’s principles and its wholesome approach impressed me.
Fast forward 8 years, now as a Naturopathic Doctor, I feel blessed to be able to provide the emotional support and naturopathic treatment I was given.
I make sure to give you space to express, and I listen carefully to your story. Through an in-depth intake and lab testing, I figure out the why to your symptoms. I educate you about your health status. Then, I give you practical ways to incorporate nutrition and physical movement, and use acupuncture, supplements, herbs, naturopathic counselling and homeopathy to improve your symptoms and feel better. I always include practical ways to increase your emotional resilience to different stressors, so you can stick to healthy habits in spite of life’s challenges. Life is beautifully mess and we need to learn to adapt and continue to grow. I will support you to keep on going and to not give up on your health journey.
My mission is to help you engage in your fullest potential and have a healthier body and happier mind.
